Pam is a transitional specialist in the psychology of business with an aptitude to align people, teams and organizational change. Her insight into the “people side of business” gives her partners great perspective when strategizing for business change and growth.

  • CEO and founder of a successful and innovative corporate training company. Pam’s credentials include a MEd and BA in Psychology with a specialization in mediation. She and her associates have been change specialists for clients like the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, CGI Inc., Emcon Services, Morguard Investments, City of Vancouver and various British Columbia municipalities.
  • Facilitator and instructor for British Columbia Institute of Technology and the University of the Fraser Valley teaching communication skills, conflict resolution, goal setting, leadership, problem solving, stress management and time management.
  • Pam is a master level facilitator registered as a Canadian Speaking Professional. She has spoken internationally at national and regional conferences and conventions.
  • Pam is a Certified Canadian Counsellor who runs a successful private practice to provide psychological services for international Employee Assistance Program corporations.
  • Researched and facilitated a comprehensive needs analysis for Veterans Affairs Canada and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. Pam co-authored a national report to align business strategies and recommendations to improve service delivery to the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.
  • Recipient of the Entrepreneur of the Year Award from Community Economic Development Corporation.
  • Pam and her husband enjoy creating fabulous meals while tasting new wines. They enjoy travelling often to experience and try out new golf courses. Pam volunteers at Douglas College as a panel review member to accept new students into the Self Employment Program.
